1. Cancellation Policy:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a driving lesson without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.

• Payment for driving lessons is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, or debit card.

3. Disclaimer:

• We strive to provide the best possible driving instruction, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass your driving test.

4. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or accidents.

5. Modifications to the Service:

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Raj Driving School regarding the use of the Service.
