About these terms

These terms apply to driving lessons booked with Raj Driving School. By booking a lesson, you agree to them. If you have any questions, contact us on 07424 343937 or at rajdrivingschooluk@gmail.com.

Booking lessons

Sending an enquiry through this website does not confirm a booking. A lesson is booked once Raj has agreed a date, time and pick up location with you. Lessons are offered across Bournemouth and Poole, subject to availability.

What you need to bring

• a valid provisional or full driving licence, which you must show at your first lesson
• glasses or contact lenses if you need them to drive

You must be able to meet the legal eyesight requirement for driving. All lessons are taught in an automatic car.

Prices and payment

Our current prices are shown on the Prices page. A standard lesson is £45 per hour, and longer sessions are charged at the same hourly rate. A 10% discount is available for students who can show proof of student status. Prices may change, but we will tell you before any change affects a lesson you have booked. Lessons are pay as you go. You pay after each lesson, by any payment method that suits you.

Cancellations and changes

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged at £45. Intensive courses must be booked in advance. If Raj needs to cancel or rearrange a lesson, for example because of illness or bad weather, he will let you know as soon as possible and offer you another time.

Your conduct during lessons

Lessons may be ended early, without refund of the time lost, if you arrive unfit to drive because of alcohol, drugs or medication, or if your behaviour puts anyone's safety at risk.

No guarantee of passing

Raj will do everything he can to prepare you for your driving test. The number of lessons you need depends on you, and we cannot guarantee that you will pass your test or pass within a set time.
